Technology should support the way your organization works, not force your team into unnecessary complexity. We take time to understand your systems, your staff, your workflow, and the operational impact of each recommendation.

Ntegrate IT Advisors

How Ntegrate IT Advisors Got Here
Ntegrate IT Advisors was established in 2004 with a practical idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve dependable IT support without having to build a full internal technology department. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we work with organizations across the Greater Phoenix Area that rely on computers, servers, phones, email, cloud tools, backups, and secure access every day.
Jay Steitz is associated with Ntegrate IT Advisors and reflects the hands-on, advisory approach behind the company. Our work has always centered on helping business owners and office teams spend less time reacting to technical problems and more time focusing on the work they do best.
Many clients come to us after dealing with the same frustrations for too long: slow systems, recurring downtime, uncertain backups, confusing technology purchases, and support that does not feel connected to the way their business actually operates. In healthcare and eyecare environments, those frustrations can become even more disruptive because technology planning, data protection, and compliance awareness all matter at the same time.
That is why our approach combines managed IT support, consulting, cybersecurity awareness, backup planning, and practical guidance around frameworks and requirements such as HIPAA, NIST, and PCI considerations. We do not treat technology as a separate issue from the business. We look at how your team works, where disruptions are happening, and what needs to be planned before a small IT issue becomes a larger operational problem.

How We Work with Clients
We Start with the Business Need
We Bring Industry Familiarity to the Conversation
Ntegrate IT Advisors has specific knowledge of ophthalmology and eyecare environments, along with experience serving healthcare, professional services, financial, and other business settings. That familiarity helps us ask better questions and make recommendations with the client’s day-to-day reality in mind.
We Focus on Practical, Cost-Conscious Support
Small and mid-sized businesses need IT guidance that fits their budget and stage of growth. Our managed support model is designed to make costs easier to anticipate while still giving clients access to knowledgeable help when issues or projects arise.
We Look Beyond the Immediate Ticket
Fixing the current issue matters, but the larger goal is to reduce repeat disruption. We use monitoring, support, consulting, backup planning, and security-minded recommendations to help clients address patterns instead of only reacting to symptoms.
